Biography
Cat joined UND’s Behavioral Health Initiative team in May of 2024. Prior to joining UND, she worked for New Century Press as a local media specialist and also freelanced as a proofreader and external grant reviewer. During her time with Cambridge Proofreading & Editing, LLC, Cat specialized in proofing ecological and medical research papers as well as public health documents. Grants she has reviewed include AmeriCorps Native Nations, AmeriCorps State and National, Public Health AmeriCorps, North Dakota AmeriCorps, 21st CCLC- State of Ohio, and McKinney-Vento- State of Ohio.
Cat serves as secretary for the Galesburg Area Foundation and contracts/booking agent for the Old Time Tractor Pullers Association. She is involved with 4H and has a special interest in poultry. She earned a B.S. in Forestry and a B.S. in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Maine and is committed to earning an M.B.A. from UND. She enjoys outdoor activities and relaxing on her front porch.
